      This training covers essential topics on quality management in medical or public health laboratories. It is based on the ISO 15189:2012 "Medical laboratories — Requirements for quality and competence". This standard aims to ensure the provision of accurate, reliable and timely laboratory test results that are indispensable to any health activities.
