• Transmission of results (coming soon)

LabBook can print paper versions of test reports as it produces a PDF. With this new feature currently under development, LabBook will be able to send these electronic versions directly to patients and prescribers. This can be done via email or WhatsApp, with a password-protected PDF.

Main elements of the implementation :
    • Adding information to the patient file (agreement to send results by email and/or to the prescriber).
    • Adding buttons and a sending page.
    • Adding a configuration page (sending method: Mailjet/direct, Mailjet/email account, email subject and body, WhatsApp account, message template).
    • Adding a table of completed deliveries with the option to resend.
    • Implementing Mailjet interaction for sending emails.
    • Implementing WhatsApp interaction, creating message templates.
    • Implementing SMTP interaction for sending emails.

    General Prerequisites:
    • The laboratory must have access Internet.

Prerequisites and limitations for sending via Mailjet:
    • Mailjet must be available in the region concerned, and the laboratory must have subscribed to one of the offers.
    • The recurring cost of using Mailjet will be borne by the laboratory.
    • The presence of the attachment will prevent the use of the email editor offered by Mailjet.
